Wendy is a Scottish Canadian artist who took up watercolour painting at the start of 2021 to help combat anxiety during a Covid lockdown. Later that year, she joined a 100 day creative project, painting a watercolour every day for the 100 days. The support and encouragement she received gave her the confidence to take part in the inaugural Art in My Garden community art show in Oakville in September 2021. The event gave Wendy the opportunity to share her journey with the aim of encouraging others to take up a creative pastime to aid with mental health. Lately she has developed her architectural style and enjoys painting storefront and house artworks.
